I loved the great customer service. As I walked in a woman by the name Christina made me feel so welcomed. She was so friendly and she made me feel so comfortable. I recommend your establishment recognize Christina's customer service excellence and loyalty that she displays. I work for a hospital and I do wish I had such great people as Christina. Thank you so much Christina for bring exceptional.

The front desk staff was wonderful... very friendly... very helpful. The kitchen staff was great... again, very friendly and very helpful. The breakfast food was better than normal as far as hotel breakfast food is concerned. We really appreciated the complimentary ice and water.

The room was nicely decorated and very clean. We loved having the little kitchenette, and the bathroom was spacious and nice. The bed was a little hard for our liking but that's just personal preference so not anything the hotel could really fix. We would stay again!

It was welcoming and clean! I liked how spacious it was and it was in a great location! Near a lot of stores and restaurants.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff were fantastic. Breakfast was excellent. Easy to find on the I-40 service road. No road noise on the north side of the building. WiFi was adequate.

It was located close to our son’s place and the staff were very friendly. Great place for the price.

King two-room suite was clean and spacious. Furnished with full-size fridge, microwave, dishwasher and two-burner stove top. We ate in and saved money. Enjoyed the sofa and large ottoman, so nice to put your feet up after a long day. Nice bedside lamps, comfortable bed and pillows. The wife loved the lighted bathroom mirror. Definitely recommend if you're in Amarillo.
